Payment methods
we accept payment through two methods:

- Credit card via Paypal

- Local bank transfer (POSB/OCBC) - for Singaporean shoppers
An email confirmation will be sent after you have successfully completed the order process. Order(s) will be shipped out upon received of full payment.

Paypal
If payment is made via paypal, order(s) will be shipped out after transaction has been processed successfully.

Local bank transfer
Payment detail via bank transfer will be sent upon completion of the checkout process. Order(s) will be shipped out upon receipt of full payment.

Return/Exchange Policy

Return Policy

At ICING Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if your purchase(s) received are not as described, please contact us at sales@icinggifts.com within 14 days of receiving your order(s) to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling fees associated with the returned item(s).

Please note that special order items are not returnable. Please send authorized returns in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Exchange Policy

ICING Gifts will check all items before shipping to customers to ensure that they are in good conditions. If the product is damage during the transit time, ICING Gifts will arrange a 1 time one to one exchange. Item(s) can only be exchanged one time and the exchanged item must be of the same or of a higher value. We cannot be responsible for delay or lost goods by Singpost. Please contact us at sales@icinggifts.com for exchange arrangement if any.

How can I return or exchange my item(s)?
Complete the exchange/return sent to you indicating your preferences. Together with the original invoice and the item(s), simply send it back to us using the carrier of your choice.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via Singpost mail, which does not provide tracking nor insurance unless you opt for registered mail with additional cost. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your package has been sent to the post office. All registered packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.

International
ICING Gifts welcomes international orders. We ship to international locations world wide. Email us to sales@icinggifts.com stating country, address & item name & quantity. We will follow-up with the shipping fee (according to the weight of the item) & delivery time.

Will you sell/rent e-mail addresses to other companies?
